I am currently a District Instructional Coordinator, and i impact the lives of all students by ensuring they have access to rigorous curriculum, high-impact teachers, and immersed in effective learning experiences.

How have your personal goals and aspirations served as an example of how one accomplishes and sustains true success in life?

As I continue to progress in my educational journey it creates space, so that I can continue to make a positive impact in the communities I serve.

What challenges can you share with others that you have experienced to getting where you currently are professionally?

I have encountered many challenges because of my age and previous titles I’ve held.

How has those challenges benefited your strides towards success and commitment to community?

When I am faced with challenges, it motivates me to push harder toward my personal goal. I never do anything to prove something to someone who has no relevance to my progress and achievements.

What encouragement can you offer to our readers who may be aspiring educators regarding the empowerment of success, endurance, leadership, and the power of mentoring?
